Gingerbread House

Well actually, it's not gingerbread but it doesn't sound as great if I call it a graham cracker house. And why did I think Rylan would help. he just sat and ate the M&M's off of the house as I tried to put them on it, so I ended up just handing him the bowl and letting him go to town (what a terrible mother!)

SNOW DAY

Hurray for snow!! It was so fun to get out and play in the cold. Unfortunately the snow wasn't good enough for a snow man, so we improvised!






Rylan was checking out his dad's boots and so I decided he needed to try them out. He thought he was so cool.

SANTA CLAUSE

Santa Clause visited our ward Christmas party! As you can see, Rylan wasn't too fond of him. I thought of taking him to see Santa Clause and getting his picture taken. After our ward party I thought I'd better wait until he gets the whole Christmas thing and actually thinks Santa is cool.

ICE STORM!

We had an ice storm last night and woke up to crunchy grass and icicles everywhere. So pretty, but scary to drive in!

Christmas time is here...hurray!! I love having my two wonderful boys around to spend the holidays with! They are just the best!

Our Thanksgiving Feast!

Okay, so I know there is only 1 picture of Thanksgiving really...I totally forgot to bring my camera in from the car the entire time we were visiting...I'll have to bum some pictures off of somebody else. Anyway, we had some quick family pictures taken while we were there...don't you just love the one of grammy and grampy and all the grandkids...so cute!

Long Time, No Posts

We have been super busy recently as I'm sure all of you have, ringing in the holidays. Here are some funny hanging out pictures of our little fire cracker boy!

As I was folding the laundry, he was hanging on me and whining so I decided that he should help. I lifted him and placed him into the laundry basket...he loved it! And began handing me the clothes from under his feet (actually he just started digging and tossing...but it worked)...

RYLAN TURNS 1!!!

The baseball party for Rylan was so much fun! He was such a cutie! But what little 1 year old isn't!!! It was so much fun! I was so proud of my cake (my first one...with home-made fondant!!) Tim and I have so very much enjoyed every minute with our little Rylan, we feel so blessed to have him! What a little miracle he is! Here are some pictures from the party!

I know Rylan looks so funny here, but I had to include this picture....he was straining to lift the pumpkin and I got him right in the middle of it...so funny!

When life gives you LIMES!

We had taco salad for dinner yesterday and Rylan wanted exactly what we were having. So we gave him a lime...funny thing is, he would make a sour face and then stick it back in his mouth!

The Swing

Tim has been itching to make a swing to put up in his parents yard, and he finally did it. Rylan of course loved to be on it (even though it was freezing outside), and would make an "eeeiiii" sound (kind of like wee) whenever we would take him on it.
